Every Genesis membership gives you direct access to primary care without copays or per-visit fees. Your level of access depends on the plan you choose, from our Essential membership to Premium and Exclusive options with added access, benefits and discounts.

Yes. Genesis membership is separate from health insurance. You can still use insurance for things outside your membership, such as specialists, hospital care, imaging, prescriptions and other services when needed. Many members choose to pair Genesis with a lower-cost, higher-deductible or catastrophic-style plan, which can reduce their overall healthcare costs over the course of the year.

Premium and Exclusive members have a dedicated provider and can choose who they see. Essential members receive the same Genesis standard of care but see the available provider rather than selecting a dedicated provider.

Access is one of the biggest differences at Genesis. All three membership levels are designed around little to no waiting for appointments. Premium and Exclusive members also receive phone and after-hours access for care beyond the office visit.
